new and existing homes, Advanced Insulation offers an audit of the home.
The goal of the audit is to determine if there are duct leaks, missing insulation, or potential
moisture and indoor air quality problems.
We offer two levels of
audits. The first is the visual audit. This audit does not include the
use of any of our diagnostic tools and for this reason it costs
significantly less. The technician who performs the visual audit uses
his testing experience to determine if there are issues to be resolved.
We often recommend a visual audit before using the comprehensive audit.
The comprehensive audit includes the use of the blower door, duct
blaster, infrared camera and other diagnostic tools. We recommend a
comprehensive audit if someone is certain his or her house has a problem
with indoor air quality, comfort, or high-energy consumption.
